Student Word Submissions due January 22nd:

We love having the kids give a little from their end to include in the yearbook. So this year we have included another cool project and need their help to make it happen. If you would kindly have your kid answer these three questions below and send the piece of paper back to school with them. Remember to fold the answers so the teachers don't see it! 

An envelope has been provided to each teacher for them to put their answers in. 

Remind your kids that it’s surprise for the teachers and Mrs. Otley. Every word will be included unless it is inappropriate.

Submit Photos by March 2nd:

The Yearbook Committee is in the process of getting ready for pictures and designs. We try our best to feature everything that the kids do through the year at school, but we feel that our best source is YOU. If you are around the school and attending something special in your kid's classroom and have snapped a few pictures – please upload them to the corresponding folder by grade. 


  1. It needs to be taken on school property– inside the school, by the flagpole or covered area, by the sign post or in front of the school, the recess ground. We unfortunately cannot include the ones taken on your front porch or sidewalk.
  2. Field trip pictures are acceptable as long as they are organized by the school or PTSA.
  3. We do try to include everyone, therefore, not all the pictures submitted by one person makes it in the yearbook.

 Purchase Yearbooks by March 30th:

Yearbooks cost $20.00 each and will be distributed during the last week of school. Payment is required at the time you place your order.

Q: How do I order my yearbook?
A: Place your order here on our website here. This is the ONLY way to order your yearbook. There will be no hard copy order form.

Q: How can I pay for my yearbook?
A: When you order online through the PTSA website, you will be able to pay with a credit card, PayPal account or by check. (If you pay by check, you MUST submit a copy of your online order confirmation that includes your child(ren)’s name(s) with your check).

Q: Do I have to have a PayPal account in order to pay online?
A: It is not necessary to have a PayPal account. You may pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal guest.

Q: To whom do I give my check?
A: We encourage everyone to use the online payment system on the web site, but if you’d prefer to pay by check, you may. Once you have placed your order, a confirmation will be emailed to you. Print the confirmation page and send it with your check made out to “Grand Ridge PTSA” to your child’s teacher, or to the school office staff. Please mark envelopes, “Yearbook order/Attention: PTSA”.

Q: I think I placed an order for a yearbook last fall.
A: You can verify whether or not you purchased a yearbook under “orders” in your account on the Grand Ridge PTSA website. If there is nothing listed as paid under “Yearbook”, please visit the yearbook page and place your order.

Q: How can I be sure my child’s picture will be in the yearbook?
A: Rest assured that we try to make sure that each student who was registered before March will be pictured on his/her class page. You can also submit photos of students at school events in the links above.
