Grand Ridge Art Docent Program

Grand Ridge Elementary offers an enriching art education program to students sponsored by our PTSA. Our Art Docent Program (ADP) is supported by a volunteer team of many dedicated parents who lead, support and demonstrate hands-on 60-min. lessons once a month in their child’s assigned classroom.

We have built a developmentally sequenced curriculum that exposes our students to diverse artists and cultures, examines elements of art and explores a variety of materials as a means of personal expression.

Our Art Docent Program provides lessons, supplies and popular training session to review the variety of materials and practice making art together! If you are interested in celebrating art within the classroom, please contact: Angela Bizzari, grptsaartdocent@gmail.com
