Grand Ridge Elementary PTSA is happy to offer a fun, engaging after school Digital Photography class designed especially for kids in 4th & 5th grade!

Introduction to Digital Photography

Our Grand Ridge photography class is a pilot program for the 2019-2020 school year. It is open to 4th & 5th grade students.  During this session of 8 classes, students will learn basic skills and explore ideas: developing an awareness of point of view, composition, and telling a story. In addition, students will receive media badges and have the opportunity to cover Grand Ridge’s Talent Show in January, as part of a discussion on careers in photography. At the end of the session, there will be a celebration of our photographers and their work.

Photos taken during this class are intended for learning purposes only and they will not be posted to social media; however, images of the Talent Show may be considered for Yearbook submissions. This class will adhere to the rules of Grand Ridge Elementary photo policies.
